Dzięń dobry przychodze w takiej sprawie otóz to kupiłem gre Watch dogs 2 gold edition mam dowód zakupu na moim koncie bankowym że zakupiłem owy produkt nie ma jej ani w bibliotece ani też w orderze Pómóżcie mi prosze

Mam ten sam problem. Kupiłem w preorderze Division 2 ale nie otrzymałem żadnego potwierdzenia ze strony Ubisoftu o dokonanej transakcji. Oczywiście pieniądze na koncie zostały zablokowane.
Założyłem ticket o numerze: 08237986 i w międzyczasie skontaktowałem się z supportem poprzez twitera. Oto nasza rozmowa:

Hello, I have a problem with my purchase of The Division 2 Gold Edition.
Yesterday I've made my pre-order on your's digital store and in the end of the process there were no confirmation. I did not received any email and of course no game in library.
I've already confirmed in my bank that there is no problem with payment. Money are blocked by Ubisoft and waiting for your terminal to answer and end the transaction. Here is authorisation number from my bank: xxxxxx

Okay so it does appear on our end as though the transaction was never completed and a hold has been placed on your account. We are not able to "unblock" the transaction, so I would recommend that you wait a couple of days, and the money will be returned to you and you can try your purchase again.

So the only way to play it from 12th is buy it now again and leave "old" order as it is? I just don't want to end up with 2 copies of D2.

That is correct. The old order will not spontaneously go through. This happens fairly often when online shopping. I've had it happen to me before, actually.

Okay I just made new order and it happend again. Now I have another account with blocked money. I used a different card from different bank. When I accepted terms and clicked pay I ended up with web stuck for around 1 min and "target could not be reached".

And now I did it via website not uplay app like last time.

Okay, I would create a ticket at http://support.ubi.com and contact the shop team about this. There may be something that they can do to look into this issue for you further. I don't have the tools to look deeply into e-commerce issues.

Jak widać teraz mam na dwóch kontach zablokowane pieniądze, a ze strony banku wiem, że aby środki zostały uwolnione to Ubisoft musi je zwolnić lub bank wycofa zlecenie automatycznie po 14 dniach. (w teori, ai jak będzie to się dowiem i dam znać dla potomnych)
I to by było na tyle z pogrania wcześniej tj. od 12go - ba na premierę się nawet nie załapie bo trzeci raz już pieniędzmi nie "sypnę".
